Sharing the Grace of Jesus This Easter (Resurrection Sunday)

The Bible says in Acts 20:24, “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.”

Did you catch that? Paul didn’t say the most important thing in life is to get married, land the perfect job, travel the world, or become famous. He said the greatest purpose of life is to fulfill your mission—and one of those missions is to go into the world and proclaim the good news of God’s grace through Jesus Christ.

Think about it: the only reason you know Jesus today is because someone cared enough to tell you about Him. Somebody prayed for you, invited you, or shared the message of grace that changed your life. Now the question is—who will you tell?

If someone died for you, wouldn’t you want to know about it?

That’s the good news of the gospel—Jesus did die for you. And not just for you, but for the whole world. This is why your story matters. This is why your voice matters. You are part of God’s plan to spread His message of forgiveness, freedom, and hope.

Easter is just around the corner, and this season presents a powerful opportunity. More people are open to an invitation to church at Easter than at any other time of year. So don’t let this moment pass you by! Don’t go to an Easter service to celebrate the resurrection without bringing someone with you who needs to hear the message of new life.

If you can’t think of anyone right now, start praying. Ask God to open your eyes and your heart to see the people around you who are longing for hope but don’t yet know the source of it. It could be a coworker, a family member, a classmate, or even the barista who serves you coffee every morning.

Remember, the way we show gratitude for the grace of God is not just by saying “thank You,” but by making our lives count—by living with purpose, generosity, and boldness. When we share the gospel, we’re extending the same grace that transformed our own hearts.

So here’s your challenge:
Who can you invite to church this Easter?
And how will you approach that person—with prayer, kindness, and love?

Don’t underestimate the power of a simple invitation. One invitation could change someone’s eternity.

This Easter, make your life count for the Kingdom—because when you share the good news of Jesus, you’re not just celebrating His resurrection, you’re participating in it.
